We met with several pool companies last year Dago was by far the best. Patient and not pushy to start my pool project. He said ‘’when i was ready to start, we will be ready to rock and roll". One of our main concerns were the crews who would be doing the pool construction. Unlike other pool companies that may use unskilled subcontractors, Custom Pools has been using the same crews for up to 20+ years and it shows. The whole pool process of adding a pool was painless, thanks to Dago. We were in touch at all times and there was never a time that there was a delay in communication. After the pool construction, we met Moises What an asset to this company. With lots of patience, and he set up the automation and walked us through the actual day to day functions, care and maintenance for the pool his “pool school training was great. We cannot be happier. There are a lot of other pool companies out but Custom Pools is an honest straight talking company that does not leave you questioning anything. A swimming pool is a huge investment. Then the team in there office took over and they kept me informed of the plans and permits and the pool construction schedule. Our salesperson, Hugo, was extremely helpful and made alterations to our pool design to meet our budget. The pool installation was very fast 10 weeks total.
